Làm hồng nhũ hoa bằng dầu dừa

Dầu dừa ngoài tính năng giữ ẩm cho da, tẩy tế bào chết,..còn có tác dụng làm hồng nhũ hoa nhanh và hiệu quả .
Cách thực hiện rất đơn giản: đầu tiên bạn chuẩn bị dầu dừa nguyên chất, vệ sinh sạch vùng nhũ hoa bằng nước ấm để tinh chất dầu dừa có thể thấm nhanh hơn vào cơ thể . Sau đó bạn sử dụng dầu dừa xoa đều lên vùng nhũ hoa đồng thời massage nhẹ nhàng vùng ngực để tinh dừa dễ dàng thẩm thấu hơn . Sau 15 đến 20 phút bạn có thể rửa lại sạch bằng nước ấm.
Phương pháp này đòi hỏi bạn có lòng kiên trì, do đó hãy thực hiện đều đặn mỗi tối trước khi đi ngủ để hiệu quả đạt được tối đa bạn nhé !

Chanh có rất nhiều công dụng trong việc làm đẹp của chị em  phái nữ . Trong chanh có chứa axit nên có tác dụng tẩy tế bào chết do đó có thể làm sáng, hồng và mịn màng vùng nhũ hoa đồng thời  loại bỏ tình trạng núm vú bị thâm cho bạn.

Bạn lấy chanh tươi vắt lấy nước có thể cho thêm một vài hạt muối biển. Sử dụng dung dịch này thoa đều lên vùng nhũ hoa và để nguyên 5 đến 10 phút để có thể thẩm thấu vào da.
